Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target feeding device that can sever a target in a width direction while preventing the meandering of the target in the width direction intersecting a feeding direction, and to provide a recording apparatus.SOLUTION: The target feeding device includes: a first feeding part 40 that can apply a feeding force toward a downstream side from an upstream side of a feeding path to continuous sheets while nipping the elongated continuous sheets 11; a second feeding part 41 that is provided on the feeding path at a position at the downstream side with respect to the first feeding part in a feeding direction and can apply the feeding force toward the downstream side from the upstream side of the feeding path to the continuous sheets while nipping the continuous sheets; and a cutter 39 that is provided on the feeding path at a position between the first feeding part and the second feeding part and can cut the continuous sheets in the width direction intersecting the feeding direction of the continuous sheets while the sheets are being nipped in each feeding part. The second feeding part is configured to be capable of changing a nipping position of the continuous sheets in the feeding direction of the continuous sheets.
