APPARATUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, APPARATUS MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND APPARATUS MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate resistance feeling for being monitored from outside.SOLUTION: An apparatus management system having an image formation device and a monitoring program is provided. The monitoring program instructs a computer connected to the image formation device through a network to execute: a transmission procedure for transmitting identification information of the monitoring program; a monitoring procedure for periodically acquiring state information from the image formation device according to an execution request of processing to be transmitted from the image formation device that receives the identification information, and recording the state information in storage means; a diagnosis procedure for executing diagnosis of failure prediction of the image formation device on the basis of the state information according to the execution request of the processing transmitted from the image formation device that is an acquisition object of the state information; and a transfer procedure for transferring notification information including a diagnosis result in the diagnosis procedure to a remote monitoring device. The image formation device transmits the execution request of the processing to the computer according to selection of display components corresponding to the received identification information.
