EMERGENCY CALL DEVICE AND EMERGENCY CALL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call device that efficiently reports occurrence of an emergency while minimizing a necessary reporting load.SOLUTION: The emergency call device includes: a fixed information recording unit 3 which records contact information on an emergency reporter who reports the occurrence of an emergency and a person concerned; a recording unit 6 which records a conversation held between an emergency information originator and the emergency reporter; a reporting unit 4 which reads the contact information on the emergency reporter out of the fixed information recording unit 3 in case of emergency occurrence, allows the emergency information originator and emergency reporter to hold the conversation based upon the contact information, and makes the recording unit 6 record the held conversion as an emergency message; and a reporting unit 7 which reads the contact information on the person concerned out of the fixed information recording unit 3 when the recording unit 6 has recorded the emergency message, and reports the emergency message to the person concerned based upon the contact information.
