PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can determine a driving weak point of a vehicle driver in accordance with driving environment.SOLUTION: A driving support device 1 comprises: a driving environment determination unit 11 for determining a driving environment of a vehicle; behavior detection sensors 2 for obtaining behavior data showing vehicle behaviors (vehicle speed V, forward and backward acceleration G1, and horizontal acceleration G2); a driving behavior determination data creation unit 12 for classifying and storing the obtained behavior data for each driving environment determined by the driving environment determination unit 11 to create driving behavior determination data; and a difficult driving environment determination unit 14 for determining a driving environment in which a vehicle driver has difficulty, based on the classified and stored behavior data (driving behavior determination data) for each driving environment. Accordingly, the driving support device 1 can identify the driving environment in which the vehicle driver has difficulty and offer appropriate driving support in such a driving environment.
