Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control apparatus capable of improving accuracy in calculating a deterioration degree of an endless transmission member and delaying a progress in deterioration of the endless transmission member.SOLUTION: In a vehicle control apparatus, an ECU sets, when it is determined that an engine has started up (YES at step S11), a damage D(i) to be integrated to each of teeth i (step S12). The ECU then adds the damage D(i) set at the step S12 to an integrated damage H(i) integrated regarding each of the teeth i until last determination to calculate an integrated damage H(i) (step S13). Thereafter, when it is determined that a specified value C1 is exceeded in at least one of the integrated damages H(i) regarding n pieces of the teeth i calculated at the step S13 (YES at step S14), the ECU issues a warning to a driver (step S16).
