PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that suppresses decrease in a reaching distance of conditioned air blown from an air diffuser of an indoor unit while suppressing dew condensation on a back face of a wind direction plate.SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes: a wind direction plate 110 which is disposed in the air diffuser 160 and receives, on a surface 111 thereof, air 200 blown from the inside of the indoor unit 100 to the air diffuser 160 and can vary wind directions of air from the air diffuser 160 by allowing the air 200 to flow along the surface of the plate; and a sub wind direction plate 140 disposed in the back face 112 side of the wind direction plate 110 leaving an interval from the wind direction plate 110. The wind direction plate 110 has a through-hole 130 that allows a part 220 of the air 200 blown from the inside of the indoor unit 100 to the air diffuser to pass from the top face 111 of the wind direction plate 110 to the back face 112. The sub wind direction plate 140 receives, on a surface 141 thereof, the air 220 passing the through-hole 130 and allows the air 220 to flow along the back face 112 of the wind direction plate 110.
