INK CONTAINER AND INKJET RECORDING APPARATUS WITH INK CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable notification of the mounting of an ink container using wireless communication by an antenna between an apparatus body and the ink container by which light emission control of a light emitting part such as a LED provided at the ink container is performed.SOLUTION: The ink container includes: (A) a container side antenna; (B) a memory storing color information; (C) the light emitting part; and (D) a control unit for lighting the light emitting part based on a lighting command, the color information and color information stored in a memory after receiving the lighting command and the color information via the container side antenna when a state capable of the wireless communication is ready by the container side antenna coming close to an antenna at the apparatus body side in accordance with the mounting operation of the ink container.
