Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear surface protective sheet for a solar cell module which contributes sufficiently to improvement in power generation efficiency of the solar cell module while having designability.SOLUTION: The rear surface protective sheet for a solar cell module includes a white layer containing white pigment having grain sizes of 0.5-1.5 μm, and a black layer containing a black material which transmits near infrared rays. Preferably, particles of white pigment having grain sizes in the range of 0.8-1.2 μm occupy 80 mass% or more of the particles of whole white pigment. The black material is preferably an iron oxide based black pigment.
