Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion of a back electrode and a tub wire by interposing a conductive adhesive film, and to also improve generation efficiency.SOLUTION: The solar cell module comprises a plurality of silicon cell substrates 2 each provided, on the light-receiving surface side, with a surface electrode 11 and, on the rear surface, with an Al rear surface electrode 13, a tub wire 3 connecting the surface electrode 11 and the Al rear surface electrode 13, and a conductive adhesive layer 20 connecting the surface electrode 11, the Al rear surface electrode 13 and the tub wire 3. The Al rear surface electrode 13 is provided, at the connection 30 to the tub wire 3, with an opening 31 formed in a line shape along the connection 30 to be narrower than the tub wire 3 and the conductive adhesive layer 20 in order to expose the silicon surface of the silicon cell substrates 2. The tub wire 3 is bonded to the silicon surface of the silicon cell substrate 2 exposed via the opening 31 by the interposed conductive adhesive layer 20, and the Al rear surface electrode 13 is also bonded. |
