Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resident registration system allowing pre-grasping of a procedure necessary for a resident to have his/her residency registered while reducing a burden on a person in charge in a public government office.SOLUTION: A terminal 7 reads a basic resident register code 121 and a name 122 from a basic resident register card 11 using a reader writer 9, and transmits them to a server 5-1. The server 5-1 transmits a value "address" of reference information 33 to the terminal 7 (S101). The terminal 7 reads an address 123 from the basic resident register card 11 and transmits it to the server 5-1. The server 5-1 determines whether the address 123 received from the terminal 7 is within the jurisdiction of a public government office A3-1 (S102), and makes a reservation for a birth procedure (S106) or a moving-out procedure (S108) by adding or deleting a member of a household if the address 123 is within the jurisdiction of the public government office A3-1. The server 5-1 makes a reservation for a moving-in procedure (S113), and a marriage registration procedure (S115) as needed if the address 123 is outside the jurisdiction of a public government office A3-1. The server 5-1 also issues a reservation ID (S119), and saves the input content as reservation ID information 39. |
