Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device and photographic method that prevent recording of a driving noise of a driving mechanism during recording a motion picture independent of a change in peripheral environment.SOLUTION: Before recording a motion picture, an ND filter driving motor 12 that generates a driving noise is operated, the driving noise is recorded (S9) when the ND filter driving motor 12 is operated, a noise with inverted phase to the driving noise is generated (S13), and the inverted phase noise is recorded (S15). After the inverted phase noise is recorded, the motion picture recording is started (S17), and the recorded inverted phase noise is output (S23) when the ND filter driving motor 12 is operated.
