Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an organic/inorganic composite, by which the organic/inorganic composite having particle concentration distribution can be easily obtained.SOLUTION: The organic/inorganic composite has particles, an inorganic oxide and a polymer compound and has the particle concentration distribution. The method of producing the organic/inorganic composite includes: a step of bringing a gel of the inorganic oxide into contact with a polymerizable compound having the particles dispersed therein to diffuse the polymerizable compound and the particles in the gel of the inorganic oxide; and a step of obtaining the polymer compound by polymerizing the polymerizable compound after the diffusion step.
