Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cord sticking device capable of performing a sticking operation without requiring complicated drive control in sticking a carcass cord on a core surface, and a method of the same.SOLUTION: The cord sticking device is provided with: a pair of pin rings 2 which are arranged in an axial direction at both sides of a tire shaped core 1 on condition that, in the pin rings, a number of pins 21 for hooking the carcass cord are arranged at right and left sides along a circumference corresponding to a tire circumference; a tip chuck 45 for serving to supply a carcass cord; a drive mechanism for forming a cylindrical cord tube C by hooking the carcass cord supplied from the tip chuck 45 alternatively on the right and left pins 21 along the circumference; and a rubber ring 71 for sticking the formed cord tube C on the surface of core 1.
