Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die holder device capable of exchanging a die by a simple operation without using an industrial tool or the other tool.SOLUTION: The die holder device 1 includes a die holder 2 and a locking member 3. The die holder 2 has a seating face 6 on which a lower side of a die 50 is seated, and a pressed face 7a against which a part of an outer circumferential surface of the die 50 with its lower side being seated on the seating face 6 is pressed. The locking member 3 is turnably provided around the turning axis core 10a along the horizontal direction on the side opposite to the pressed face 7a across the die 50. In the locking member 3, a locking part 11 is locked to the outer circumferential surface of the die 50 in a locking posture in which the locking part 11 is located below the turning axis core 10a. An urging member 18, which urges the locking member 3 so that the locking part 11 is turned upwardly, is provided.
