Thus, oxidation action by oxygen in the fresh products can be suppressed by powerful reduction ability included in the electrolyzed water and the ice in addition to suppression of activity of bacteria leading to rottenness by refrigeration. Development of rottenness accompanying oxidation of cells in the fresh products 60 can be suppressed. The freshness of the fresh products can be maintained for a long period of time, extending a period to eat raw.
