Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more efficient method for producing a pancreatic precursor cell.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing an endodermal cell including a step of applying a micro-pulse current and heat to an undifferentiated endodermal cell induced from an embryonic stem cell or an induced pluripotent stem cell; the method for producing the pancreatic precursor stem cell including a step of applying the micro-pulse current and heat in the presence of activin and a basic fibroblastic growth factor (bFGF); and the method in which the pancreatic precursor cell is a Pdx1-expressing cell.
