Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out space production by light emission of EL elements, and to enable a user to receive benefits by natural light in an illumination device.SOLUTION: The illumination device 1 includes an emitter 3 in which transparent EL elements 2 are arranged at a day-lighting part R of a building S, and a control part 4 to lighting-control the EL elements 2. According to this constitution, by the control part 4 controlling the EL elements 2 to light, the space production can be carried out, further, since the transparent EL elements 2 are used, by lighting off the EL element 2, the user can receive the benefits by natural light.
