Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate heater which hardly causes thermal stress or thermal strain resulting from temperature changes during heating to cooling period, and which can also efficiently transfer heat from a sheath heater 3 to a heating plate 1 when the sheath heater 3 is housed in the heating plate 1.SOLUTION: In a plate heater, a heating plate 1 and a sheath 13 of a sheath heater 3 embedded in a heater groove 11 of the heating plate 1 are made of aluminum. The sheath heater 3 is embedded in the heating plate 1 in such a manner that a contact area of the sheath 13 on the side of the heating plate 1 becomes larger than a contact area on the side of a cover plate 7 closing the heater groove 11. More specifically, a contact face of the sheath 13 on the side of the heating plate 1 is formed to be convex, and a contact face of the sheath 13 on the side of the cover plate 7 is formed to be flat. |
