Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology with which, after a distribution network that minimizes cost is obtained, whether or not the distribution network is feasible can be determined.SOLUTION: An optimal distribution network allowing costs to be minimized is derived based on the demand and supply quantities of items at various distribution points and costs for transporting the items in distribution networks. Then, a time series simulation on the transition of the demand of the items at important points and the supply quantity of the items at a supply point within the optimal network is performed, and it is determined whether or not the result of the simulation satisfies constraint conditions.
