Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a COreduction effect, an energy saving effect and a power generation capacity by performing total waste heat recovery.SOLUTION: A system includes an evaporator 11 generating a low-boiling-point working medium gas by heating a low-boiling-point working medium by an externally supplied first external heat source, an expander and generator 14 expanding the low-boiling-point working medium gas generated from the evaporator 11 to generate power with the low-boiling-point working medium gas, a coagulator 16 coagulating and liquefying the low-boiling-point working medium gas expanded by the expander and generator 14, a circulation pump 17 supplying the low-boiling-point working medium liquefied by the coagulator 16 to the evaporator 11, a heat exchanger 15 giving the remaining heat of the low-boiling-point working medium gas expanded by the expander and generator 14 to the low-boiling-point working medium supplied from the circulation pump 17, and a heat exchanger 21 heating the low-boiling-point working medium to which the remaining heat is given from the heat exchanger 15 by an externally supplied second external heat source. The low-boiling-point working medium heated by the heat exchanger 21 is supplied to the evaporator 11.
