Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a flowmeter failure occurs or not even if upstream flow rate measurement is apparently executed.SOLUTION: A fuel feeder 10 includes a hose 15 with a nozzle 13 connected thereto which is pulled to the side surface of a device body 12. The hose 15 is connected to a fuel feed passage 20, and the fuel feed passage 20 is provided with a pump 22, a flowmeter 24 and a pressure sensor 26. A control device 40 includes: a computing means 40A for accumulating flow rate pulses outputted from a flow rate pulse transmitter 24a so as to compute a total amount supplied (oil supply amount); and a determination means 40B for determining whether or not there is an abnormality in a flow measurement value. A memory device 60 connected to the control device 40 stores minimum flow rate reference data 60A and maximum flow rate reference data 60B which indicate a correspondence relation between a flow rate change in the fuel feed passage 20 while an object 52 to be fed is supplied with fuel and a discharge pressure change in the fuel feed passage 20 corresponding to the flow rate change. |
