Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape having a sufficiently high rigidity in practical use and ensuring a tight taping without looseness after being heat-sealed on an embossed carrier tape.SOLUTION: The cover tape includes a first layer containing a polyethylene resin and a polypropylene resin, and a second layer containing a high pressure low density polyethylene layer. The cover tape also has a heat shrinkability.
