PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head having a water discharge range with a moderate expansion for switching the form of discharging water.SOLUTION: The shower head 1 for changing the form of discharging water includes: a water channel 16 in which supplied hot water flows inside; a shower head body 2 including a body opening 9 discharging the warm water lead by the water channel 16; a resilient spraying plate 4 slidably disposed to the shower head body 2 to cover the body opening 9 of the shower head body 2, wherein a plurality of sparkling holes 22 are provided; and a spraying plate slide mechanism 6 for switching the form of discharging water by moving the spraying plate 4 to the shower head body 2 with resilient deformation, and discharging the warm water from the sparkling hole 22 aligned with the body opening 9 from among the plurality of sparkling holes 22 provided in the spraying plate 4.
