Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure that has a structure allowing an efficient installation and suppressing internal water invasion, and an electric vehicle power supply apparatus having the enclosure.SOLUTION: A door 4 is provided with a stopper part 43 that is disposed inwardly at a position shifted from a front edge of a front part toward a face part 41 on an internal surface of a front part of a door side-wall 42 extensively disposed backward from nearby a face part 41. An enclosure body 11 has an opening-side wall 14 extended forward from around an opening section 12. The opening-side wall 14 is provided with a flange part 15 disposed outward from a top edge of the opening-side wall 14b and with a bottom wall 16 outward from the bottom edge thereof. When the door 4 is closed, the stopper part 43 is abutted to the flange part 15, and therefore a space formed by the flange part 15, opening-side wall 14 and bottom wall 16 functions as a drain channel D, draining water such as rain water. This makes it difficult for water to invade inside the enclosure 1, realizing the enclosure 1 capable of sufficiently enduring an outdoor use.
