INSULATED CABLE TERMINAL CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated cable terminal cap which offers good workability.SOLUTION: The insulated cable terminal cap 10 has a plurality of surrounding members 20 (20a, 20b, 20c and 20d), a holding member 50 for holding the surrounding members 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d, and a fastener 40. The surrounding members 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d have respective cylindrical inner periphery side surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c and 21d, whose inside diameters Da, Db, Dc and Dd fit the diameters of cables. The surrounding members 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d are all made of a well-known insulative elastic material. The surrounding members 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d each has a pair of contact faces 31 and 32 formed to extend in directions of the center lines of the cylindrical inner periphery side surfaces 21 (21a, 21b, 21c and 21d). The pair of contact faces 31 and 32 stretches from the cylindrical inner periphery side surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c and 21d to the outside of the surrounding members 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d.
