Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness which realizes a waterproof property at an end portion thereof without using a water sealing agent having flowability, thereby further simplifying safety measures and processes upon manufacturing it, and further reducing its cost.SOLUTION: A wiring harness 1 comprises an end waterproof portion including: a heat shrinkable tube 10 shrunk by heat, including a wire bundle end portion 6 therein; and a cured material 20 composed of a single thermosetting resin filled in the heat shrinkable tube 10 so as to cover bare wire portions 7 and 8 therein, the cured material being only an inclusion other than the wire bundle end portion 6 included in the heat shrinkable tube 10. The cured material 20 composed of the single thermosetting resin is formed by: heating the heat shrinkable tube only including the wire bundle end portion 6 and the solid thermosetting resin from the outside of the tube to thereby shrink the tube; melting the solid thermosetting resin; filling the melted thermosetting resin so as to completely cover a region covering the bare wire portions 7 and 8 in the tube; and thereafter curing the thermosetting resin.
