Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless tag that can be attached to plural target objects in different shapes, and a manufacturing method of the wireless tag.SOLUTION: A wireless tag 1a is provided with an inlet 11 that has, on a base sheet 111, a circuit chip 113 and an antenna pattern 112 for wireless communication and is provided on a spacer 10a. The spacer 10a has a length twice that of the inlet 11 in the longitudinal direction, and has a folding part 22 for allowing the spacer 10a to be folded so as to form an attachment face to an object to be attached with the wireless tag 1a.
