Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internally illuminating display device with excellent external appearance allowing sure reading of seven-segment display even when a seven-segment display unit is incorporated into the display device, and a power feeding device for an electric car using the display device.SOLUTION: A display substrate 62 mounted with an LED 621 for making the seven-segment display appear thereon and a light-emitting substrate 63 mounted with a luminous body 631 for irradiating a display board 61 from a back face side of the display board 61 thereon are provided on the back face side of the display board 61. Since the light-emitting substrate 63 is provided on a rear side of the display substrate 62, the seven-segment display can be surely read in the vicinity of the display board 61, and the display board 61 and the luminous body 631 to be light source thereof can be spaced to suppress light emission unevenness.
