Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polylactic acid resin foamed molding.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a polylactic acid resin foamed molding comprises placing in a mold a cylindrical body having a foamed layer, which is formed by extruding a foamable molten resin composition prepared by kneading together a polylactic acid resin and a physical blowing agent from a die into a low-pressure zone, and molding it, wherein in the polylactic acid resin, the melt tension at 190°C is at least 3cN, the moisture content is less than 300 ppm, and the calorific value ( H) calculated by a thermal flux differential scanning calorimetry (cooling rate 10°C/min) is at least 20 J/g.
