Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin modifier containing a polyorganosiloxane-based rubber having an effect of improving impact resistance, flame retardance, and flowability by being incorporated into a thermoplastic resin and a process for producing the same.SOLUTION: The process for producing a resin modifier comprises mixing a latex of a graft copolymer (C) obtained by polymerizing 7-40 mass% vinyl monomer (B) having a polyfunctional vinyl monomer (b1) as the main component in the presence of 60-93 mass% polyorganosiloxane-based rubber (A) and a latex of a vinyl polymer (S) obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer (s) in an amount of 55-90 mass% graft copolymer (C) and 10-45 mass% vinyl polymer (S) and thereafter powderizing the resulting mixture.
