PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from having a feeling of waiting by automatically setting a processing order of printing jobs.SOLUTION: A CPU 26 performs print processing control to each device or unit via a chip set 25. A converting order setting unit 31 sets a converting order of a printing job every time receiving the printing job from the printing job data. A printing order setting unit 32 sets a processing order of the printing job in response to a print processing situation at a printing device 14 on the basis of information related to the received printing job. A process execution control unit 33 controls process execution of the each device or unit based on the converting order and printing order. A converting unit 34 converts the received printing data. The converting unit 34 can simultaneously perform the printing jobs up to two by time sharing processing or the like.
