Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heating/agitating a suspension easy to maintain, extremely small in fixation of a suspension constituent, and capable of maintaining a heating effect and an agitation effect over a long time, and a method for heating/agitating a suspension.SOLUTION: This device for heating/agitating a suspension includes a suspension tank 3, and a steam injecting means 8 to inject steam into a suspension 4, wherein the suspension is heated by the injected steam, and the suspension is circulated by an upward flow of bubbles 9 of the steam.
