Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a power generation output of a new energy power plant group and a voltage of a interconnection point to be a predetermined value, regardless of the effects from operation interruption at the time of abrupt change of weather condition and system disturbance.SOLUTION: A control system 8 is connected to a new energy power plant group, not shown in figure, an output adjusting device, a power feeding commanding point, and a substation. An output abrupt change prediction part 8111 uses the weather characteristic and the electric characteristic measured at the new energy power plant group, to predict abrupt change of power generation output of the new energy power plat group. Based on the prediction result, an output control calculation part 8112 adjusts power generation output of the output adjusting device and the new energy power plant group. A reactive power command calculation part 8123 calculates a reactive power command by using a voltage management target value that is transferred from a substation of the power system, a voltage measurement information of a plurality of new energy power plants, and a voltage adjustment sensitivity by the reactive power at the interconnection point of the new energy power plant that is sequentially calculated, for voltage adjustment at the interconnection point. |
