PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acoustic effect by locating a sound image at an appropriate perspective position according to an imaging position of an object in a stereoscopic moving image.SOLUTION: A sound playback system 130 includes a moving image acquisition part 150 to acquire moving image data for a left eye and moving image data for a right eye; a parallax derivation part 170 to derive respective parallaxes for a plurality of blocks divided within the pieces of moving image data for a left eye and a right eye, by comparing the pieces of acquired moving image data for a right eye and a left eye; a distance derivation part 172 to derive a representative imaging distance, which is a representative value of an imaging distance between a display screen and an imaging position in vertical direction to the display screen, based on each of the derived parallaxes of the blocks; a sound change part 174 to change playback timing of sound data correlated with the pieces of moving image data for a right eye and a left eye, based on the derived representative imaging distance; and a sound output part 160 to output the changed sound data to a sound output device.
