PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diode circuit having sufficient reverse withstand voltage and ideal diode characteristics in which forward voltage is close to 0 V.SOLUTION: An active diode 100 having an anode terminal A and a cathode terminal K includes: a transistor 110 having a gate terminal 111, a drain terminal 112 connected to one of the anode terminal A and the cathode terminal K, and a source terminal 113 connected to the other of the anode terminal A and the cathode terminal K; and a gate voltage generation circuit 120 supplying a gate voltage to the gate terminal 111, the gate voltage being adjusted so as to be equal to a threshold voltage of the transistor 110.
