Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay which is tolerant of reflow heat due to surface mounting and has high reliability not to cause exfoliation of a sealant with easy manufacturing.SOLUTION: A relay body 4, on which a relay circuit is mounted on a base so that a terminal extends from a rear face, is housed in a box-formed cover 3 where one surface is opened so that a terminal 3 is positioned outside of the opening, and the sealant is filled up to where a plurality of notches 5a and 5b are provided with grooves 7a and 7b on a flat part parallel to the opening end surface.
