SENSITIVITY DICTIONARY EDITION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a technique for supporting efficient edition of a sensitivity dictionary which is referred to when extracting an expression indicating user's value decision from a natural sentence.SOLUTION: A sensitivity dictionary edition support system includes: a sensitivity dictionary storage part 18 which stores a combination of a sensitivity term expressing positive/negative value decision on an object and polarity indicating positive or negative; a synonym dictionary storage part 34 which stores data defining synonyms of each term in a plurality of terms; and a dictionary edition support part 38 which when a starting point word is inputted, retrieves the synonym dictionary storage part 34 by using the starting point word as a key, extracts synonyms of the starting point word, retrieves the synonym dictionary storage part 34 by using respective synonyms as keys, extracts synonyms of respective synonyms, creates a sensitivity term registration picture 80 including a list of the extracted terms, transmits the created picture 80 to a client terminal 58, and when information for selecting one or more terms in the list and information specifying the polarities of respective terms are inputted through the picture 80, stores the selected terms in the sensitivity dictionary storage part 18 in relation with the specified polarities.
