PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technique by which the intent of statement is extracted from a sentence or sentences besides an either-or type evaluation of an object by the speaker.SOLUTION: A sensitivity analyzing system 10 comprises a negative/positive judging unit 22 that judges whether each sentence represents a negative evaluation or a positive evaluation and assigns a negative/positive tag; a theme recognizing unit 24 that recognizes the theme of each sentence; an intent extracting unit 28 that associates an intent pattern tag with the intent expression of each sentence; an evaluation axis and similar expression memory unit 32 that stores correspondences between a plurality of evaluation axes and similar expressions; and an analytical result evaluating unit 36 that, when the theme of a sentence matches any of the similar expressions stored in the evaluation axis and similar expression memory unit 32, associates it with a corresponding evaluation axis, totals the number of sentences to which a negative evaluation tag and a positive evaluation tag have been assigned for each evaluation axis, generates a negative/positive analytical result chart representing their ratios, totals the number of sentences for each evaluation axis and each intent pattern, further generates an intent classification chart indicating the total number of sentences for each intent pattern and the number of sentences for each evaluation axis and each intent pattern, and externally outputs each chart.
