SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a technique for extracting not only a speaker's alternative value evaluation to an evaluation target but also a speaking intention from a plurality of sentences.SOLUTION: A sensitivity analysis system 10 includes: a sensitivity dictionary storage part 18 which stores combinations of sensitivity terms and positive/negative polarities; a negative expression storage part 20 which stores negative expressions; an intention expression storage part 26 which stores combinations of intension expressions and intention patterns; a negative/positive determination part 22 which determines whether a sentence is a negative evaluation sentence or a positive evaluation sentence based on a combination of a sort of a polarity tag attached to a sensitivity term of each sentence and existence of a negative expression tag attached to the negative expression and gives a negative/positive determination tag; a subject recognition part 24 for recognizing a subject of each sentence; an intention extraction part 28 which relates a corresponding intention pattern tag to an intention expression of each sentence; an evaluation axis similar expression storage part 32 which stores correspondence relation between a plurality of evaluation axes and similar expressions; and an analytical result evaluation part 36 which, when the subject of each sentence corresponds to the similar expression stored in the evaluation axis similar expression storage part 32, relates the corresponding evaluation axis to the subject of the sentence.
