The control part 20 moves a pointer 1 on a screen 3 on the basis of the movement of the light spot 4, and executes processing of clicking and the like when the light spot 4 is turned off. It allows a user to move the pointer 1 on the screen 3 by performing space operation of the remote controller 30 while pressing the button 32, and to perform click operation and the like by releasing the pressing of the button 32.
