Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer tube with inner face grooves, which is configured to minimize the collapse or tilting of a fin tip in tube expanding processing, and to provide a heat exchanger excellent in heat-exchange performance.SOLUTION: In the heat transfer tube with inner surface grooves 1, the ratio of the height (Hf) of the highest one of first fins 4 to the height (Hf) of the lowest one of second fins 5 (Hf/Hf) is set to 1.15 or less. The height difference between the height (Hf) of the highest first fin 4 and the height (Hf) of the lowest second fin 5 is set to 0.02 mm or less.
