PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary clutch equipped with a reliable rotation protecting property even when all tab elements fail.SOLUTION: The rotary clutch is characterized as follows. A first support 10 is equipped with a first base 11 and plurality of first clutch arms 12; each first clutch arm is equipped with a first connection 12a; the first connections together form a first plane perpendicularly extended concentrically with respect to a rotary shaft; a second support 20 is equipped with a second base 21 and plurality of second clutch arms 22; each second clutch arm is equipped with a second connection 22a; the second connections together form a second plane perpendicularly extended concentrically with respect to the rotary shaft; the first support and second support agree with the first plane and second plane; the first clutch arm and second clutch arm face mutually and have a circumferential space; and each first connection and second connection are connected with adjacent connections on both sides, respectively, through an elastic tab element 30.
