In the formula, A expresses a C2-C12 alkylene, a C2-C12 halogenated alkylene, a C2-C10 alkenylene, a C2-C10 halogenated alkenylene, a C2-C10 alkynylene, a (C2-C4 alkylene oxy) p (C2-C4 alkylene) (p is an integer chosen from 1 to 3), a (C1-C4 alkylene) phenylene (C1-C4 alkylene), or a (C1-C4 alkylene) pyridinediyl (C1-C4 alkylene).
