PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved textile machine for manufacturing a twilled package capable of easily matching a controller for operating a drive device formed to move an operation device in a prescribed manner with various bobbin standard sizes.SOLUTION: A means for specifying a parameter according to a standard size of an empty bobbin to be replaced is provided so as to operate a drive device in a prescribed manner. The means includes an operation element. The drive device is manually controlled by an operation element. Operation devices 32 and 31 are manually operated according to the empty bobbin to be replaced. A storage means is provided. The storage means stores a manually operated path of the operation devices 32 and 31. The path is loaded to automatically load the empty bobbin 28 by a moving device.
