Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission capable of suppressing the reduction of drive force of an vehicle when a hybrid vehicle is travelling only by the drive force of the engine.SOLUTION: The transmission has the first input shaft 11 and the second input shaft 12 into which the drive force of the motor MG1 and the drive force of the engine ENG are input, respectively, the third clutch C3 capable of shifting to the transmitting state where the drive force of the motor MG1 is transmitted to the second input shaft 12 and the non-transmitting state for blocking the transmission, and the fourth clutch C4 capable of shifting to the transmitting state where the drive force of the motor MG1 is transmitted to the first input shaft 11 and the non-transmitting state for blocking the transmission. The third clutch C3 and the fourth clutch C4 is fallen into the non-transmitting state during travelling by the drive force of the engine ENG.
