Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause irregularity on a printing surface of base material to be printed in printing when a film substrate is used as the base material to be printed.SOLUTION: The base material for a back surface 2 having a cushion layer 21 and a ferromagnetic body layer or magnet layer 22 is laminated on a non-printing surface side of the base material to be printed 6, and the film substrate 6 is put on the printing surface plate 4 in such a way that the base material for the back surface 2 may come in contact with the printing surface plate 4. By magnetizing the ferromagnetic body layer or magnet layer 22 by magnetic force of a surface layer portion 41 of the printing surface plate 4 or an electromagnet 44 inside the printing surface plate 4, the base material to be printed 6 is fixed on the printing surface plate 4 through the base material for the back surface 2. In such a state, an optional pattern is formed on the film substrate 6 by using color ink, and then the magnetic force of the electromagnet 44 is released or reversed to detach the film substrate 6 from the printing surface plate 4 together with the base material for the back surface. By separating the base material for the back surface 2 from the film substrate 6, a minute pattern is formed on the film substrate 6.
