METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOLDED BODY WITH FINE PATTERN ON SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a molded body with a fine pattern on its surface, while adequately preventing wrinkles and transfer failure.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a molded body includes: (a) supplying a photopolymerizable composition 20 to a surface of a mold 10; (b) curing the photopolymerizable composition 20 with an ultraviolet ray of relatively high luminance for achieving a cure degree X of 30-90%, in contact with air, to form a semi-cured product 22; (c) supplying the photopolymerizable composition 20 to a surface of the semi-cured product 22; (d) curing, in the same way as the process (b), the photopolymerizable composition 20 and the semi-cured product 22 to form a semi-cured laminated product 24; (e) supplying the photopolymerizable composition 20 to a surface of the semi-cured laminated product 24; (f) placing a transparent substrate 30 on the photopolymerizable composition 20; and (g) curing the photopolymerizable composition 20 and the semi-cured laminated product 24 with the ultraviolet ray at light intensity for achieving a cure degree X of 95% or higher not in contact with air, to form a cured laminated product 26.
