Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker capable of preventing imperfect marking in bolt fastening by surely supplying a marker liquid to a bolt contact surface of the marker and capable of performing marking in the bolt fastening regardless of a shape of a bolt, and a fastening tool equipped with the maker.SOLUTION: The marker includes: a marker body 12 with an insertion hole; a valve 16a which is brought into sliding contact with an inner peripheral surface of the marker body 12; a coating body 13 which is disposed in an axially movable manner; a marker liquid storage portion 18 which is filled with the marker liquid for being supplied to the coating body 13; and a valve spring 17 for urging the coating body 13 outward. The coating body 13 moving in an axial direction is provided with channels 41 and 42 which make the coating body 13 and the marker liquid storage portion 18 communicate with each other so that pressing the marker liquid storage portion 18 via the valve 16a may make the marker liquid flow out.
