PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing program capable of safely performing radio network connection without degrading user's operability.SOLUTION: A user operates a radio communication equipment 700 to display a menu on a display part 750 thereof, and selects an icon "acquire content by QR code" from the menu. Then, a camera part 730 of the radio communication equipment 700 is activated so that the QR code can be imaged. The user holds the camera part 730 of the radio communication equipment 700 in front of the QR code displayed on a monitor 530 of a digital TV 500 (Fig. 7), and images a desired QR code by the camera part 730. Then, authentication is performed using network identification information included in the QR code imaged by the camera part 730 as well as a key exchange is performed, and the radio communication equipment 700 is connected to a wired network 100 to allow a content on the wired network 100 to be transferred to the radio communication equipment 700.
