Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device capable of suppressing chromaticity deviation, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting device comprises: a light-emitting part including a first principal surface, a second principal surface that is formed on the opposite surface of the first principal surface, and a first electrode and a second electrode that are formed on the second principal surface; a wavelength conversion section that is formed on the first principal surface, and contains fluorescent material; a first conductive part provided on the first electrode; a second conductive part provided on the second electrode; and a sealing part that is formed on the second principal surface side, and seals the first conductive part and the second conductive part while exposing an end of the first conductive part and an end of the second conductive part. The wavelength conversion section has a shape such that the optical path length inside is a length in which chromaticity deviation is prevented depending on the emission property of the light-emitting part. |
